Job Purpose
通过使用工具，程序和设备来查找和解决质量问题的根源。
确保产品根据正确的产品质量交付。
以高优先级开展ALPS质量管理工作
Key Accountabilities
通过使用标准（质量）程序对原材料，生产批次和成品进行测试以符合规范标准。
支持实施新的测试方法和新产品的测试，包括质量关键测试和预测测试方法。
及时报告不符合规范和程序的情况：发布暂停报告和后续纠正/预防措施。
保持准确和可追溯的QC记录。
核实客户投诉，实施纠正和预防措施及持续改进措施。
积极参与公司改进其质量管理体系的相关活动。
理解并确保所有活动符合公司HSE&S政策、相关标准和指南。
熟悉并遵守所有适用的公司以及现场和实验室的政策/程序，涉及个人行为、HSE和产品安全与监管事务（PSRA）标准。
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作。
Experience
- 教育背景
大专或以上学历，化学或化工教育背景优先。
具备基本的英语读写能力。
良好的办公软件操作技能，如使用excel进行数据分析，制作PPT。
- 工作经验
至少2年以上化工行业QC工作经验。
能够撰写测试报告和独立完成工作。
- 专业知识技能
熟悉ISO和TS16949体系的操作和维护。
对颜色敏感，能看懂/区分颜色，具有良好的色彩调整技能。
