Job Purpose
This role will manage day to day operations within P2I scope while upholding the internal and external policies regulation and laws in their duties. This is a regional role, responsible for all entities/countries in related to P2P processes within the North Asia region, hosted by North Asia GBS.
Key Accountabilities
- Vendor Master Data management in SAP and other related systems, including steps like Create/ Modify/ Extend/ Block/ Unblock
- Mass vendor master data cleansing
- Close follow-up in all processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure service level.
Experience
- Good at English especially in reading & writing.
- Experience in ERPs (SAP) and skills in Excel are preferred.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Positive and responsible working attitude.
