Responsibilities

  • Good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
  • Possess an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced.
  • Must have analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical military logistics procedures.
  • 5+ years of experience with logistics STAMIS.
  • Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 Investigation results, obtain and maintain a CAC.
  • High School Diploma / GED.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in logistics STAMIS (i.e. SARSS, SAMS-E, GCSS-A). 

Material & Equipment Directly Used: 

  • Operate various forms of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including possible forklift operations (diesel, propane, electric), pallet jacks, etc. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. Periodic exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
