About this role
The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the motor pool parking area, ensuring security compliance, and assisting with vehicle flow and parking operations.
Responsibilities
- Work involves the following: operating daily activity in a parking lot, and checking vehicles in and out of lot.
- This worker may be required to move and/or park vehicles.
- The Parking Lot Attendant controls authorized entry and use of motor pool, refers parking related problems arising within the facility to appropriate authorities for administrative action.
- Daily security checks of motor pool and parking lot areas.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. if needed.
