Job Description

• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into system requirements.

• Gather, define, validate, and manage system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Design system architecture, workflows, and solutions to support both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create and maintain system documentation such as:

  • Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), System Design & Architecture Diagram, Program Specification, Workflow Diagram, User Manual and Technical Documentation

• Collaborate and coordinate with Users, Vendors, Developers, Testers, and other related teams.

• Design and develop applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies in alignment with system requirements and architecture.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend and frontend components while ensuring code quality, security, and performance.

• Ensure system security, performance, and compliance with development standards.

• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and system optimization.

• Collaborate closely with System Analysts, Testers, and cross-functional teams.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues effectively.

• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Proven experience as a System Analyst and/or Full Stack Java Developer.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience in system analysis, solution design, and application development.

• Experience in Full Stack Java Development, including:
  Back End : Java Spring Boot (Upper V8) ,JPA ,Hibernate ,Nestjs ,Mobile App (Android: Kotlin,Android Studio)(iOS: Swift,Xcode)
  Front End : Anglula Framework version 2 Upper,CSS or SCSS ,HTMl ,JavaScript , typescript
  Other : Docker ,Kubernetes ,Istio ,SQL Azure Monitor Log

• Experience with databases such as Azure Database, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of system integration and enterprise system connectivity.

• Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, and Azure Monitor Log.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

• Hands-on experience in developing and integrating RESTful/ SOAP APIs and Web Services

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
