System AnalystJob Description
- Analyze and gather user requirements to prepare system documentation
- Design system architecture, data flow, and sequence diagrams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
- Coordinate with developers, QA team, and end-users to ensure system quality
- Review and test API functionality for both new and legacy systems
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee post-production validation
- Supervise and manage sub-teams to ensure project milestones are completed on schedule
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Over 10 years of combined experience in System Analysis and Software Development
- In-depth understanding of Web Application architecture and RESTful API design
- Expertise in System Design, Flow Diagram, and Sequence Diagram creation
- Proficient in preparing comprehensive documentation such as Software Requirement Specification (SRS), API Specification, and System Flow
- Experienced in using Postman, Swagger, and version control systems (Git)
- Strong foundation in both Backend development (Node.js, Express, Hapi) and Frontend development (Angular, HTML, CSS)
- Skilled in database design and management, including MySQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL
- Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills bridging technical and business teams
- Experienced in team leadership and managing sub-projects
- Committed to enhancing system efficiency and continuously learning new technologies
