Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and execute the authorization. Cancellation and change of privileges from User Request from URS, ACIM, Email, complete with SLA
- To manage and conduct a review of user lists and system permissions. the right to use the system is eligible. Review at least once a year
- To prepare a monthly report on the performance of the department. Including the development and improvement and No errors on the job
- To provide a training course for learning to develop knowledge. Advise Employees in the unit on the principles and techniques of operation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT
- Have basic knowledge about Hardware/Software computer program on windows
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and service-minded
- Able to coding will be an advantage
