1. Strategic HR Partnering
ร่วมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้าน HR ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
ให้คำปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์แก่ผู้บริหารในเรื่อง People Management, Talent Retention และ Organizational Change
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
วางแผนและบริหารกระบวนการสรรหาให้ตอบโจทย์กำลังคนของแต่ละสายงาน
วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างองค์กรและแนวโน้มกำลังคนเพื่อเสนอแผน Manpower Planning
3. HRM, Performance & Development
ดูแลข้อมูลบุคคลและ HRIS (Workday) ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
ออกแบบและบริหารกระบวนการ Performance Management อย่างโปร่งใสและยุติธรรม
พัฒนา Succession Plan, Career Path และให้คำปรึกษาด้าน IDP
วางแผน Learning & Development และ Functional Training
บริหาร Merit Increase, Bonus, Promotion และ Payroll ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
ขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมและโครงการด้าน Employee Engagement และ Culture
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Exit Interview, Engagement Survey) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การรักษาพนักงาน
ทำงานเชิงรุกเพื่อป้องกันความขัดแย้งและส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี
