To identify, design, and implement internal data process improvements: automating manual processes for Enterprise Core System and IT PlatformJob Description
Responsibilities:
Control and centralize Activity Management of Network Element.
Setup Standard procedure and improve application change control tools for control version.
Get requirement from user for build model data structure.
Identify, design, and implement internal data process improvements: automating manual processes.
Reconciles data and alerts to the owner.
Follow up and feedback Activity performance report to the owner and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Basic understanding of Enterprise IT environments, including Cloud Platform, Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Container Platform (conceptual level is acceptable).
Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
Basic skills in data analysis and reporting, experience with Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Good communication skills, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
