Job Summary

The System Support Specialist is responsible for managing, analyzing, and enhancing the YP+ system across buyer, seller, and admin functions. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and a high sense of responsibility to support organizational growth.

Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end support for YP+ buyer, seller, and admin functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary contact (“No.1 go-to person”) for all YP+ system-related inquiries.
  • Analyze business requirements and design system workflows aligned with operational needs.
  • Conduct system testing, including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Manage and import large datasets, including over 2,000 merchant records using SQL.
  • Prepare Use Case Diagrams, UAT Checklists, and technical specifications with traceability.
  • Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes or new features.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deliver tasks within required timelines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Support additional assignments and assist teammates beyond core responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows and enhance system efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation for system processes and enhancements.

🔹 Qualifications

  • Age 25–30 years or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (highly preferred)
  • Strong ability to design Use Case Diagrams, UAT Checklists, and technical documentation
  • Proficient analytical and problem‑solving skills for system testing and impact assessment
  • Experience in improving and optimizing operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross‑functional teams
  • High responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate work
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system support, online operations, or related fields (highly preferred)
