ดูแลบริหารงานซ่อมแซมอาคารทุกอาคารของบริษัทฯ หรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน รวมถึงตรวจตราพื้นที่ทั้งหมดให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อย ดูแลบริหารงานขนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานของบริษัทฯJob Description
Responsibilities:
1. ดูแลบริหารงานซ่อมแซมอาคารทุกอาคารของบริษัทฯ หรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน รวมถึงตรวจตราพื้นที่ทั้งหมดให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อย
2. ควบคุมดูแลการแก้ไขเหตุฉุกเฉิน และการบำรุงรักษา พร้อมวางแผนการบำรุงรักษา ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และ กำกับดูแลระบบที่ใช้เพื่อการควบคุมอาคาร อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัย อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก และระบบการสื่อสาร ภายในพื้นที่สำนักงานภายในองค์กร ให้เป็นตามแผนการทำงาน
3. จัดทำแผนงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ระบบ BAS/BMS System, Fire Alarm, RMS System (Digital meter), CCTV System, MATV System, Public address System, Security & Access control system, UPS System , Lighting Control / Dimmer System, Telephone System, Lift & Mobile Lift, Escalator & travelator.
4. จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายด้านอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ รวมทั้งควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่กำหนด
5. จัดทำ Check Lists และคู่มือการบำรุงรักษา ตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน เพื่อความเหมาะสมถูกวิธีและมีความปลอดภัย รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานในรูปแบบ presentation นำเสนอหัวหน้างาน
6. ดูแลบริหารงานขนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานของบริษัทฯ หรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เรียบร้อยตามเวลาที่กำหนด
7. ควบคุมดูแลการรื้อและประกอบเฟอร์นิเจอร์และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานของบริษัทฯ ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
8. จัดทำแผนงานของงานขนย้าย รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานในรูปแบบ presentation นำเสนอหัวหน้างาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า,วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล,การบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. รู้จักการทำงานของระบบไฟฟ้า BAS/BMS System, Fire Alarm, RMS System (Digital meter), CCTV System, MATV System, Public address System, Security & Access control system, UPS System , Lighting Control / Dimmer System, Telephone System, Lift & Mobile Lift, Escalator & travelator.
3. มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้การทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพ ทักษะการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์มนุษย์ที่ดี ทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา และใส่ใจต่อรายละเอียด
