We are looking for a GTM Engineer with 2+ years of experience to own our in-house GTM Engineering strategy and infrastructure. You will be our first GTM Engineer, responsible for building, managing, and continuously optimizing our end-to-end outbound motion. You'll work directly with leaders across Growth, Sales, and Sales Development to design and run experiments, scale what works, and build the systems that power our pipeline generation. This is a critical role that will free up leadership time and prevent other teams from being slowed down.
What will you be doing?
Build and manage our outbound infrastructure, including Clay workflows and email sending tools, to ensure data quality and system performance.
Develop sophisticated, signal-driven workflows in Clay to identify target accounts, enrich data, and trigger personalized outreach.
Create unique, high-quality experiences for prospects, such as lovable pages and lead magnets, moving beyond standard cold outbound emails.
Partner with Sales and Growth to design and execute experiments, testing new segments, messaging, and outreach strategies to scale what works.
Work with and learn from top-tier mentors from companies like Rippling, Ramp, and Vercel through our partnership with Hypergrowth Partners.
