Job Description:

Job Summary

The Ground Test Engineer (GTE) is responsible for executing ground production and acceptance tests. This role includes preparing for and supporting the pilot during Rejected Takeoff (RTO) procedures and performing in-flight cabin functional checks. The GTE also serves as Cabin Safety Crew during Customer Acceptance Flights, special missions, and demonstration flights. Additional responsibilities include conducting Static Tests, APU Runs, Engine Runs, and Taxi operations on A320 and A220 aircraft.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
