Overview
Responsible for supporting the scheduling and coordination of Workshop Maintenance Tasks to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and deadlines. They assist in the availability of materials and equipment, help schedule maintenance tasks, and monitor the MRO process for any issues. The role involves maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and ensuring that all work adheres to the approved maintenance program and regulatory requirements. The Workshop Planner Technician reports to and receives instructions from the Workshop Lead Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting in the planning, scheduling and coordination of Workshop maintenance tasks.
Evaluating and ensuring the availability of materials and equipment necessary for the required maintenance tasks.
To review and record all maintenance related records before and after completion to ensure no discrepancies.
Reporting on the status of maintenance activities and any issues to the Workshop Lead Engineer.
Handling disruptions and productivity problems within the Workshop Maintenance processes.
