  • Provide hourly METAR updates for flights.
  • Assist Flight Operations Officers (FOO) in filing ATS flight plans, especially for last-minute adjustments.
  • Offer operational assistance to the Pilot-in-Command, FOO, or designated management for safe flight conduct.
  • Handle post-flight document filing, records, and other related documentation.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Operations Control Manager or Duty Manager.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • CAAP Licensed Flight Dispatcher
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a high-pressure operational environment.
  • A proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively with various teams, airport authorities, and operational units.
  • Strong situational awareness, problem-solving ability, and the discipline required in flight operations.
  • A team player with the flexibility to support irregular operations and shifting priorities.
  • Experience in aviation operations, airline ground handling, or OCC-related tasks is a strong advantage.

This role positions you for future growth within Flight Dispatch, Operations Control, or Duty Management roles. As you gain experience in handling real-time flight operations and coordination, you’ll have opportunities to advance toward roles involving operational decision-making, flight planning, and OCC leadership.
