The Ancillary Pricing System Analyst supports the Pricing System team through accurate pricing configuration, system testing, and validation of promotional campaigns, fees, taxes, and ancillary products. The role also supports route and new market launches, coordinating end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders from implementation to ongoing maintenance. Acting as the gatekeeper for master price files, this role ensures pricing integrity, governance, and compliance, while reporting to the Ancillary Pricing System Manager on projects related to pricing configuration, process improvement, and innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & CONTRIBUTE TO

  • Configure and maintain ancillary pricing, promotional campaigns, new routes, and fee structures within the system.

  • Develop a strong understanding of pricing logic, ancillary products, promotional mechanisms, and system configuration in New Skies.

  • Act as the gatekeeper for master price files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and pricing governance across markets and routes.

  • Perform QA testing, validation, and reconciliation for projects and promotional campaigns prior to go-live to ensure end-to-end system readiness.

  • Maintain and update internal process documentation and configuration guidelines using Google Workspace / Google Sites.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Pricing, Commercial, Route Revenue, Marketing, Network, ICT, Sales & Distribution, and Product) to support end-to-end delivery of new product, campaign, and route launches.

  • Support post-launch monitoring by troubleshooting pricing system issues, resolving campaign discrepancies, and managing escalations from Customer Happiness and other operational teams.

  • Contribute to process improvement and project enhancement initiatives, including the development of templates, dashboards, and tools to track pricing effectiveness and operational performance.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Degree in a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Experience or exposure to coding languages such as Python and JSON

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Self-starter and fast learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders across functions

  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Experience with NewSkies, pricing system configuration, and testing/validation of new products will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset

  • Willing to travel
