About this role



Job Description

Assist to monitor aircraft defects on daily basis, to review DDML entries, 36 Hours check, Weekly check and initiate plan for ground time for troubleshooting & rectification within the stipulated time period.

Assist to monitor closely all MEL- DDML defects, especially those with repair interval expiry. This includes hub stations DDML defects.

Review 36 Hours check validity for aircraft fleet and coordinate with OCC to achieve ground time to perform 36-Hours check.

Review Weekly check validity for aircraft fleet and coordinate with OCC to achieve ground time to perform Weekly check.

To coordinate with Part 145 to ensure 36-Hours check and Weekly check task carried out.

During aircraft AOG at station without authorized maintenance support, to inform and email QAD for weekly check and 36 hours check carried out at line station as required.

To work closely with MOC Operation, Defect Analyst, OCC, Planning, Part 145 Duty Engineer and Lead Engineer for coordination and follow up of all maintenance tasks and activities.

To assist follow up with Purchasing Executive and Engineering Material Centre for required spare status and update DASR accordingly.

To assist in monitoring, identify and record repetitive defects from ACMS into Repetitive defect database.

To raise MOR for incident/accident related to aircraft operation as described by QN

To assist send Service Request and Service Order to Part 145.

To monitor daily delays and AOG details from Part 145 is correct and dispute with Ramp controller as required.

To attend morning DASR meeting, to highlight current technical issues affecting the aircraft operations.

To assist MOC Operation as and when required.

To assist update DASR in the absence of MOC operation and Defect Analyst.

To back-up MOC Spares & Data Analyst functions during his/her absent.

Attend meetings in the absence of MOC-Operation.
