PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To be responsible for the safe and smooth operations of ASU/Gen Gas plant and pipeline network.
To maintain proper housekeeping of all plants and peripheral areas.
To analyze & verify cooling water treatment and escalate to superior for further action if not meeting specifications.
To record plant equipment reading and control room reading. Report and escalate if there is any abnormality and take appropriate corrective action as required.
To ensure all span and zero gases cylinders at the manifold station are available and within expiry date·
To do bulk transfer on all cryogenic liquid.
Full compliance to all SWIM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and FSMS procedures. Also to act the role of Food Safety Management Team Member for IG in MY if applicable.
To start-up and shutdown plant facilities and equipment as and when required.
To do PM or any other maintenance job as required.
To ensure all process and storage tanks run within purity specification.
To ensure safety requirement is adhered by everybody.
To follow up, account and adjust the plant base on real time KPI and Stable Operation.
Support monthly production and pipeline closing.
To do monthly analyzer calibration to ensure it is accurate.
Accountability on all spare part inventory management.
Other tasks, projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
STPM / Diploma / Degree in Chemical/Chemical Engineering
1year in plant operations preferred
Basic MS Windows and Office
