About this role

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:

  • Home Oxygen

  • Nebulisers

  • Ventilations

  • Sleep

We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realizes expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, inform internal Customers about the stocks.


 

Main Accountabilities 1. Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders. 2. Realize expeditions and respect of contractual commitments towards Customers. 3. Acknowledges return flow. 4. Answer on site Customer. 5. Provide internal customers with information & data to given visibility on the process from order to invoice. Differentiating Criteria 1. Receive, unpack, examine, and document incoming shipments. 2. Move stock to and from shipping and receiving area to storage area. 3. Prepare and routes merchandise for shipment. 4. Assist in providing counter sales customer service. 5. Release daily invoices and complete all required hand written and computer generated documentation on a timely and accurate basis.
