Main Accountabilities
1. Lead the continuous improvement of the existing IMS system.
2. Follow implementation progress.
3. Consolidate existing IMS procedures, processes, system.
4. Promote IMS within the organization.
Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: Technical supervision of a team of 1 or 2 IMS coordinators.
Scope: Own one or more processes for the entity
Decision Making / Activity:
- Implement and supervise the audit processes and programs covering all industrial activities of our subsidiaries within the GBU
- Responsible for closing out the IMS Streamlining program by completing its five phases: team setting, process mapping, assessment, action planning, and close-out.
- Work closely with the subsidiary Chief Industrial Auditors and project leaders to complete their action plans
1. Bachelor degree in science, engineering, quality management, business admin or other related field
2. 5+ years experience in quality management
3. Outstanding Technical Writing Skills and Technical Auditing / Professional and Team Orientation / Excellent Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, OneNote, SharePoint and SAP
