Responsible for HMV or LTOT patients managementIncrease awareness of VAK service
Organized associated all documentation for service (Rental contraction, CMS request, Medical expense request, prescription, etc...)
Completed ERP management for Asset tracking & patient management : Order confirmation & Visit confirmation update
Risk analysis identified measures for safe installation and operation
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Identify Preliminary Risk and appropriate intervention
- Educate customers on proper management of identified risks for safe operation and share information with co-workers.
2. Patients management
- Provide information for service
- Performed instruction training for safe usage
- Organize associated all documents every workflow
- Identify patient's insurance type and explain the service fee
- Get a prescription and informed to patient for prescription update issue.
- Check the device function
- Monitor medical equipment using status
- Provide consumable goods
- Get a signature of patient or caregiver on the medical expense request sheet

What you'll do
- The Medical Equipment Technician is responsible for managing HMV or LTOT patients, including the installation, withdrawal, and replacement of medical equipment. They also organize documentation and ensure safe operation through risk analysis and customer education.
