Implement the sales plan for our business area,
Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized commercial operating models, including planning rhythms, dashboards, and performance management processes.
Facilitate annual, quarterly, and 12-Week Year commercial planning sessions using global templates and best practices.
Ensure adoption of global dashboards and KPIs, allowing limited local customization while maintaining global comparability.
Diagnose commercial performance gaps through data-driven analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Use structured problem-solving and fact-based methodologies to improve commercial effectiveness and consistency.
Support the long-term development ofAir Liquide Homecare global Commercial Excellence capability.
