Your main responsibilities:
Manage the "people side" of the project and the human side of the transition
Plan and deliver training
Liaise with other teams
Develop and implement a change management strategy
Communicate effectively
Address resistance
Conduct readiness assessments
Support leaders
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's in Business Administration
Master’s degrees a plus
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience working in different business improvement or change management positions in multinational companies
Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation , ideally finance functional expert
Familiarity with the integration of satellite systems(Wise, Concur, workday, Salesforce , etc.) into ERP environments.
Skills:
Solid business understanding
Leadership and communication skills
Abilities to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical and problem-solving
Awareness Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2,
experience with ERP platforms, especially SAP.
