About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking an experienced and techno functional Change Leader to lead all Change management activities in the Align project , which will focus on SAP S/4HANA core implementation. according to the group standard models, with key and critical consideration related to the integration of satellite ERP systems across manufacturing and retail operations.
As a Change Leader , you will act as the key liaison between the business and the IT project team, concerning change management and process adaptations ensuring that business requirements are clearly mapped and fit with the group standard , considering local specifications and the group standard approach.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the "people side" of the project and the human side of the transition

  • Plan and deliver training

  • Liaise with other teams

  • Develop and implement a change management strategy

  • Communicate effectively

  • Address resistance

  • Conduct readiness assessments

  • Support leaders

Are you a MATCH?

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's in  Business Administration

  • Master’s degrees a plus 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience working in different business improvement or change management  positions in multinational companies

  • Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation , ideally finance functional expert 

  • Familiarity with the integration of satellite systems(Wise, Concur, workday, Salesforce , etc.) into ERP environments.

Skills:

  • Solid business understanding

  • Leadership and communication skills

  • Abilities to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical and problem-solving

  • Awareness Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2, 

  • experience with ERP platforms, especially  SAP.
