Responsabilities: - Collaborate with the Metrics team in the creation and delivery of the KPIs from HR Operations. - Implement technical solutions using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python and HTML. - Participate in the development and management of spreadsheets in Google Sheets for data analysis and metrics tracking. - Approach complex problems and challenges from an analytical perspective and propose effective solutions.

Requirements: - Basic programming knowledge and understanding of fundamental concepts. - Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript and Python. (desearable) - Analytical ability and detailed approach in addressing problems and challenges. - Proactive, alert and autonomous attitude, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. - Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do
- The intern will collaborate with the Metrics team to create and deliver KPIs from HR Operations and implement technical solutions using programming languages. They will also manage spreadsheets for data analysis and approach complex problems analytically.
