How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Principais Responsabilidades:
Garantia de níveis de eficiência de atendimento (chamadas inbound e outbound), atingindo os objectivos propostos e respondendo às solicitações dos clientes.
Utilização da ferramenta de troubleshooting com vista à resolução de situações sempre que não há necessidade de intervenção no terreno. Derivação à equipa CATT sempre que necessário.
Encaminhamento de pacientes para Espaços Vital e envio de consumiveis por CTT, segundo fluxos definidos.
Acompanhamento das linhas de emails do CCP, consoante os volumes.
Registo de todos os dados necessários em sistema e garantia da qualidade dos mesmos, em conformidade com os procedimentos internos definidos.
Análise diária do dashboard de pacientes com prescrição de modificação sem ordem de serviço associada. Analise de cada caso com agendamento de intervenção sempre que necessário ou criação de case em SalesForce para Delegado Comercial, sempre que aplicável.
Participação ativa em projectos específicos da organização, sempre que aplicável.
