About this role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop a remote team of life insurance professionals. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching team members, driving sales performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote sales representatives
