Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will:
Communicate with members from an established database to assess financial needs
Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefits and coverage options
Support members throughout the application and enrollment process
Maintain consistent follow-up to address questions and provide updates
Assist existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using computers and digital tools
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Problem-solving skills and a professional, client-focused mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Sales experience is preferred but not required. Full training and coaching are provided.
