In this position, you will engage with both current and prospective clients, provide clear guidance on available products, and deliver a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and state regulations

  • Manage appointments and daily schedules to maintain productivity

  • Support outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow long-term client engagement


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Active listening and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote environment

Prior experience in customer service, client support, or sales is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
