Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will:
Communicate with members from an established database to understand their financial needs
Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefits and coverage options
Support members throughout the application and enrollment process
Maintain ongoing communication to address questions and provide updates
Assist existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
Ensure all interactions and transactions meet regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using computers and digital platforms
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivation and attention to detail
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training and coaching are provided.
