Key Responsibilities
Engage with members daily to assess insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
Guide members through the application and enrollment process.
Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using digital tools in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided).
Eligibility Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be physically located within the U.S.
