As a Remote Managing Agent, you will be responsible for:
Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a team of agents
Providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development
Establishing clear goals and accountability standards for team success
Supporting agents in delivering compliant, client-focused benefit solutions
Maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance across all sales activity
Creating a collaborative, high-performance remote team culture
Driving long-term growth through strategic team expansion and productivity initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior leadership experience in sales, management, or team development
Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
A proven ability to lead independently in a remote environment
Experience setting and managing performance metrics
A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability in fast-paced settings
A demonstrated commitment to mentoring and team development
Fully remote leadership role with flexible scheduling
