We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to recruit, develop, and lead a team of remote life insurance professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for coaching.
What You’ll Do
✔ Build and manage a high-performing sales team
✔ Provide training and mentorship to ensure team success
✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
✔ Foster strong client relationships and improve retention

What You Bring
🔹 Sales leadership experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
🔹 A successful sales background with a history of meeting/exceeding targets
🔹 Strong communication and coaching abilities
🔹 The ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively
