Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Insurance Specialist, you will:

  • Connect with members using provided warm leads to assess insurance needs

  • Recommend life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions tailored to individual goals

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance

  • Deliver a high level of service to ensure member satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards


Ideal Candidate Profile

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team

  • Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Coachability and openness to continuous improvement
