Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess members’ insurance needs.

  • Recommend supplemental life and accidental benefit options aligned with individual goals.

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care.

  • Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance.

  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.

  • Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a structured schedule.

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (assistance provided).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
