Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Provide personalized support and address client needs with professionalism

  • Develop and evaluate tailored solutions aligned with client goals

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and state regulations

  • Manage appointments and daily schedules to maintain productivity

  • Support outreach and relationship-building efforts to drive long-term engagement


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Active listening and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Prior experience in customer service, client support, or sales is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
