Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with members daily using our established warm-lead database

  • Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefits

  • Provide exceptional service throughout the enrollment and onboarding process

  • Guide members through applications, answering questions clearly and professionally

  • Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance

  • Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License

  • Competitive, solution-oriented problem solver

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a remote team

  • Coachable and open to continuous improvement

  • Must be physically located in the United States

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
