Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Specialist, you will work with members who have requested information, guiding them through insurance and supplemental benefit options tailored to their individual needs. This fully remote role offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with members using provided warm leads

  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance and supplemental benefit solutions

  • Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with effective time-management abilities

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

  • Sales or client-facing experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License

  • Competitive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team

  • Coachable and open to feedback and professional development


Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be physically located within the U.S.

  • Non-U.S. residents are not eligible at this time
