Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefit Consultant, you will:

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and explain available benefit options

  • Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and goals

  • Deliver prompt, professional service and resolve client inquiries

  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up

  • Utilize networking and referral strategies to expand outreach

  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all company and regulatory requirements

  • Manage appointments and daily schedules efficiently
