Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth introduction to benefits programs
Provide ongoing support and personalized solutions for existing clients
Design coverage strategies aligned with individual needs and goals
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Build relationships and expand your client base through ethical outreach
Maintain compliance with all state and industry regulations
Manage appointments and workflows to optimize productivity

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

What you'll do
- The Enrollment Agent will onboard new clients and provide ongoing support for existing clients, ensuring they understand their benefits programs. They will also design coverage strategies and maintain compliance with regulations.
