What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Representative, you will:
Engage with members to understand their needs and goals
Recommend appropriate life and accidental benefit solutions
Guide members through the application and enrollment process
Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews and claims assistance
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Serve as a trusted point of contact with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
Strong communicators with the ability to build trust and rapport
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Organized and confident using digital tools and virtual platforms
Solution-oriented with a client-first mindset
Open to training, coaching, and professional development
Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (training and guidance provided).
