Guide members through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Design customized benefit plans aligned with individual client goals
Respond promptly to inquiries to ensure a positive client experience
Utilize referral and networking strategies to expand your client base
Maintain compliance with state regulations and company standards
Manage appointments and client records accurately and efficiently
