Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested information, guiding them through insurance and supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs. This fully remote role offers strong earning potential, structured support, and the ability to build a long-term career in a stable, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with members through scheduled calls using provided warm leads

  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance and supplemental benefit solutions

  • Deliver a high level of service to ensure member satisfaction and retention

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with effective time management abilities

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with attention to detail

  • Sales or client-facing experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License

  • Competitive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team

  • Coachable and open to ongoing feedback and professional development

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be physically located within the U.S.

  • Non-U.S. residents are not eligible at this time
