How you will create an impact

  • Collaborate with team members in project effort analysis, issues management, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Ability to perform risk analysis, issue management, and thorough status reporting.
  • Perform in a cross-functional structure, working with management and sprint processes to establish priorities to ensure that business needs and expectations are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business managers and engineers to build consensus around organization and architectural solutions, define high-level and detailed requirements, and deliver projects successfully.
  • Ability to manage on-site and remote team resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and address technology delivery gaps identified throughout the project life cycle.
  • Must have the ability to operate with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain relationship with Program and Project Management resources from other disciplines to identify risks and issues in key integration points.

Technology / Compliance Advisory

  • Provides guidance and oversight of multiple aspects of design, architecture, policy and control validation. Interface with internal technology and Public Cloud resources as needed. This requires in depth knowledge of Public Cloud Services as utilized within AIG or similar company as a consultant or employee.
  • Collaborate with technology partners in AIG and Public Cloud resources to address compliance deficits that are operational or systemic.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 7+ yrs of experience in technology field.
  • 3+ yrs of experience in internal / external consultative role.
  • Must have PCI/DSS Compliance experience. Additional certifications from ISC2, ISACA, PMI or PCI Security Council strongly preferred.
  • Experience with defining and implementing new processes, workflows, or policies within an organization.
  • Strong verbal and written skills needed along with previous client facing experience.
  • Minimum of an Undergraduate Degree is required.

The base salary range for this position in Jersey City, NJ, is $99,000 -143,000. The base salary range for this position in New York, NY is 105,000 - 148,000.
