Your contribution at AIG

  • Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email

  • Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients

  • Taking orders and providing after sales service

  • Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services

  • No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week

What we are looking for

  • Higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years experiences in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support would be preferred

  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage

  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage

  • Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese

  • PC literate and able to type fast.  

  • Able to work independently, as well as, be a good team player

  • Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
