職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティング（保険引受業務）は中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライティング部門が行う意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響します。

• 延長保証保険のビジネスはAIGがグローバルで強みをもつ分野であり、今後の日本市場でのさらなる成長に向けて、アンダーライター（保険引受担当者）は延長保証保険の制度設計、販売促進、代理店教育、収支管理などへの貢献が期待されます。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• ジュニアアンダーライターは延長保証部門のアンダーライターとして、関連部門との連携の元、個別案件の制度設計、引受判断、保険料設定およびそれに向けたシニアアンダーライターのサポートを行います。

• ブローカー、代理店等と協力しての販売促進や顧客との直接的な折衝を行うこともあります。

• 保険引受業務だけでなく、マーケット分析、商品開発、AIG Globalとの連携も責任の一つとなります。
