Our mission is to provide critical life assistance and professional mental health services with an emphasis on economically disadvantaged, marginalized youth, and senior adults in the greater South Florida metropolitan area. We provide high quality, culturally relevant care for all with an emphasis on those in financial need, minorities, youth, seniors, HIV+ persons, and those with life-challenging physical or emotional conditions.

Summary:
The Life Coach/Case Manager will have extensive experience working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender variant youth and their families. This position will assist young people transition into adulthood and connect to services in the area of housing, education, health, life-skills, relationships and more. Knowledge of community resources and their qualifications is critical.
