A Client Care Specialist (CCS2) contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to patients seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics and Fixed Site locations. A CCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to clients within testing programs.

 

A CCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, WCCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty.

 

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The CCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care by collecting medical histories, managing tests/screenings, recording vitals, and addressing health complaints. They will facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation. The role requires proficiency in data documentation, including referrals and reports. A valid phlebotomy license or medical assistanct certificate is necessary, with skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specifmens, preparing them for laboratory analysis.

 

 

A CCS2 must have a valid phlebotomy license (OR) have a current medical assistant (MA) certificate.
