A HHF Housing Manager contributes to AHF by increasing housing occupancy and streamlining the in-take and leasing process for HHF properties.
A HHF Housing Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by guiding and coaching the Housing and Leasing Coordinators in handling every step of the in-take and leasing process, background checks, move-ins, transfers, as well as keeping all residents records up-to-date in AppFolio. A great emphasis will be placed on a timely response to housing applicants and inquires, as well as connecting with external partners and agencies to identify resources for HHF residents.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as a HHF Housing Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.
