About the Role

省营销员渠道/产服与绩优推动

工作职责:
1.    产品策略与培训
- 整合总部及分公司资源,制定本地化产品策略与价值主张
- 开发并推动客户细分战略下的产品培训材料
2.    高净值生态建设
- 拓展异业合作机构,建立高净值客户服务网络
- 在营销员渠道推广生态圈资源,支持高净值产品销售目标
3.    绩优体系推动
- 通过MDRT/COT/TOT及五星会提升销售团队专业能力
- 执行并设计分公司产服活动及竞赛,追踪分析效果
4.    产品优化与合规
- 收集前线反馈,参与新产品设计并提炼独特卖点

- 推动ECM活动及老客户交叉销售
- 确保岗位合规要求执行,监控业务品质风险
 

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,市场营销或相关专业

2、8年与销售推动、活动管理等相关的业务推广经验。至少3年的管理经验。
