About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the development of language-related applications, including system design, programming, unit testing, system and integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production implementation. The role may also involve mentoring engineers and specialists in system development to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.Job Description:
- Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
- Prepare technical specification;
- Develop software applications;
- Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
- Other related assignments.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline;
- 4+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS / Bootstrap / ExtJS, and etc.;
- Have working experience in Java;
- Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
- Knowing RWD (Responsive Web Design);
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);
- Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
- Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
- Desire to learn new technologies.
